While most of the Bachelor in Paradise cast came in somewhat open-minded to the ABC spin-off series, Michelle Money and Graham Bunn had a very different story. You see, these two have a pretty long history — both as romantic partners and friends — and that deep understanding led Michelle to keep a serious eye on his sometimes-tumultuous relationship with AshLee Frazier. But what does Michelle really think of AshLee?

The single mom did an interview with Cupid’s Pulse this week, where she weighed in on the drama between Graham and capital L. And while you might expect that Michelle was totally against the pairing from the beginning, she actually admits that she thought Ash might be a good match for her ex at first.

“AshLee is a sweet woman,” Michelle explains. “She was kind to me, and she was kind to everyone. There’s a lot of really sweet things she did for everyone that you don’t get to see.”

While it is too bad that these moments were edited out, it probably wouldn’t jibe with the personal organizer’s storyline. After all, Ash wasn’t painted in the best light for much of the season — though she certainly looked fabulous in all lighting — thanks to her possessiveness over brand new love interest Graham and her rude comments against Clare Crawley.

The other side of AshLee became apparent to Michelle after a little while, and that’s when she realized the gal wasn’t right for her long-time bestie.

“It was very obvious that when the cameras were on, it was a different version of AshLee,” Michelle says. “AshLee had two different personalities. And knowing Graham the way I know him, that’s not something he’s interested in.”

So who is the right girl for the 35-year-old hunk? Michelle says that a consistent personality is crucial in the woman who eventually ends up with the “compassionate and soft” Graham.

“It became clear that AshLee wasn’t that girl,” she adds.

Whomp! Sorry Ash.
