Bachelor Nation Responds to Kacie Boguskie’s Elimination: “Good Luck on Bachelor 18”

Kacie Boguskie’s brilliant plan to land Sean Lowe majorly backfired during The Bachelor Season 17. The twice-burnt bachelorette pulled Sean aside early in the episode to tell him she was worried about the drama happening between Amanda Meyer and Desiree Hartsock. Sean seemed a little confused as to why she was talking to him about it, and eliminated her before the rose ceremony, telling her “I think we’re better off as friends.”

Kacie cried in the car, “I really wanted this to work. Last time I left here, I left here with no regrets, but this time, I left with regrets.” Sean then told all the girls, “Kacie has gone home, which was certainly tough for me, but it was the right decision.“

Ali Fedotowsky had a premonition before Sean even cut Kacie: “So who thinks Kacie is going home tonight? I'm a fan of her, but she wrote her ticket home tonight in my opinion.”

JP Rosenbaum, also prescient, lobbed a huge burn: “Kacie, Good luck on bachelor18/bpad4/joe schmo show/whatever.”

Perhaps our favorite Bachelor Nation voice, Dana Weiss of the Possessionista fashion blog, tweeted, “Clearly Kacie knew she was about to swim with the fishes. She's wearing a wetsuit to this rose ceremony. #BAchelor.”

Emily Maynard’s ex Chris Bukowski summed it all up: “Leo the dog got a limo and Kacie got a mini-van? #bachelor.”

What do you think? Did Kacie B deserve to go home?
