The Bachelor: Would You Accept Juan Pablo’s Rose if You Weren’t Feeling Sparks? You Said…

The Bachelor is all about finding love and having that special connection, but it’s ultimately a competition, too. So in the spirit of being the last girl standing, we asked Viggle LIVE! users to set the record straight: If you were a contestant who wasn’t feeling the spark with this season’s Bachelor, Juan Pablo Galavis, would you accept his rose anyway?

We can see both sides. Why waste your time trying to get something you don’t want? There are probably other girls who want that rose, so standing in the way may feel wrong to you. 67 percent of responders felt that way, unwilling to hang tough if you’d rather be at home.

But another 33 percent of you want to take a moment and think it all over. Maybe it’s your competitive nature that would keep a third of you in the competition, and we can totally relate. Sometimes winning is everything, especially if you don’t really believe in the love aspect of the show format.

Maybe the 33 percenters just identify with ladies like Sharleen Joynt, who was offered Juan Pablo’s First Impression Rose in the Season 18 premiere, and hesitated before accepting it. “If I’m being honest, I don’t really feel that connection,” the 29-year-old opera singer explained to producers. Still, she took the rose and the promo for the next episode indicates that she seems to be finding her groove.

Want to weigh in on future polls about The Bachelor and your other favorite shows — and earn some rewards while you’re at it? Just download the Viggle app, get watching, and check into Viggle LIVE!. It’s easy to start playing and rack up points galore. It’s like a rose, a win, and sparks, all in one.
