A successful doctor in his 30s is something we were hoping for among the contestants on Rachel Lindsay’s Bachelorette 2017.

Luckily, we get that with Dr. Bryan Abasolo, one of the 31 potential hubbies in her Season 13 pack. We’re just not totally confident this perfect-on-paper fella isn’t without drama.

One thing we can be confident in is Bryan is one to watch this season, as we already know he is the First Impression Rose recipient on night one.

But what is it about the 37-year-old that gets Rachel hooked off the bat?

Aside from his obvious good looks, Reality Steve says the Miami native has carved out a nice life for himself as a chiropractor for the Accident and Injury Team.

Unlike some of the recent coeds we see on the franchise, the dark and handsome hunk graduated from University of Florida way back in 2003.

You can see him below talking about his medical practice two years ago.

He certainly checks the boxes, so what could go wrong?

For one, he’s had legal issues quite recently — he was accused of insurance fraud in May 2016.

According to legal docs, he and other chiropractors in this practice were sued by Allstate Insurance for allegedly submitting “false and fraudulent medical records, bills and invoices” via the mail.

Then again, all of the doctors denied the claims and the case was dismissed with prejudice — without any costs or fees — in late March 2017, right as filming started.

Even if that turned out to be nothing, there’s also his potential as a villain on this season.

Bryan was one of the six contestants the Bachelorette brought on Ellen for a group date.

In the clip, we see him teasing one of the other guys that he got his “sloppy seconds” after he kissed the Dallas gal first.

Sure, this could be some good-natured ribbing, but add in that producer Robert Mills teased on his podcast that there’s a doctor on this season who will stir the pot, we’re placing our bets on him!

Time will tell, but if you want to get to know Bryan more first, head over to his Instagram and Facebook. Do you think he’s villain material?

The Bachelorette premieres Monday, May 22 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
