JoJo Fletcher Confronts Jordan Rodgers On-Camera About Cheating! (VIDEO)
Finally, someone is acknowledging the elephant in the room!
The first will be ex-boyfriend Chad Rookstool’s tell-all interview about their breakup — spurring her “I hate him!” quote you saw in the preview — and now we’ve got a sneak peek at the second involving Jordan Rodgers.
Ever since the former footballer’s ex Brittany Farrar blew up his spot on Season 12 premiere night, calling him out for being a cheating famewhore, we’ve been waiting with bated breath for Jordan or JoJo to address it.
We expected to have to wait until the show was over, or at least until Men Tell All or After the Final Rose (depending on how far Aaron Rodgers’s little bro makes it). Lucky for us, the Bachelorette is kicking that chat off right away in Episode 5.
“I actually met somebody that you used to date,” the 25-year-old says in the clip, referring to an apparent Dallas run-in with the aforementioned Brittany.
She continues, “This girl told me that you guys had dated, and you kinda were off and on with her, you kind of blew her off, there was some trust stuff.”
A nervous-looking Jordan then takes a few gulps of his drink, muttering the news is “interesting.”
After the brunette beauty prompts him by asking if he’s actually as serious about finding a wife as he says he is, the hunk summons up the words to explain himself, blaming his former career as a pro athlete.
“I was focused on one thing in my life: being the best football player I could be. And when I wasn’t, that was tough and I took it out on people. She was along for the rollercoaster of when I was at my best and when I was at my worst,” he details.
Unfortunately, the clip then cuts off when JoJo asks if he cheated, but according to an Us Weekly insider, “Jordan cops to flirting with other women, but he denies he was unfaithful.”
Confirming that fact recently was one of Jordan’s anonymous friends, who told the magazine, “He’s a good person. He’s a ladies’ man, but not a player.”
It’s hard to know who to believe, but we can’t wait to see how the rest of this plays out.
The Bachelorette airs Monday, June 20 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
