Ben and Lauren each posted on social media, sharing photos from their first date in New York City on March 16. The milestone took place at French bistro Landmarc at Columbus Circle. The cute duo even got to meet celebrity chef Marc Murphy during their date! Perks of being reality stars, eh?

According to People, the couple had housemade stracciatella and foie gras terrine to start. Lauren enjoyed the restaurant’s signature lamb chops for her entrée and Ben had the mushroom pappardelle with truffles.

Not only did they feast like kings, but onlookers said they were "very affectionate" with each other and friendly when fans asked to take photos.

We are so tired!! Such a fun day. Thanks for all the LOVE!!!

The chef agreed, telling the mag, "I was thrilled Ben and Lauren chose Landmarc to celebrate their first ‘official’ date as an engaged couple. They were fun, down-to-earth and are both so gracious and kind. Plus, they’re great eaters."

Ben and Lauren have been busy doing press since the finale aired on Monday night, but they've expressed how excited they are to continue on with their normal lives. Ben lives in Denver, Colorado and Lauren plans on moving there over the next few weeks.

Cheers to many more dates — and Instagram photos — to come!
