Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell’s split was only just announced on Monday, but already, the Bachelor 2016 couple is moving on.

No, not in their dating lives (and not on reality TV), but in their professional lives. In fact, Lauren is already moving back to L.A.!

“I would say the joy that we felt toward our relationship at the beginning was — for some reason — slipping away, and we were both working very hard to bring that joy back,” Ben said about the breakup this week.

Well, it looks like his former fiancée is recapturing her own joy now, as she’s packed up her things from their shared Denver home and relocated to the Golden State, where she lived before the show.

“I’m moving back to SoCal,” the 27-year-old tells People.

“That’s where my life was before the show — my friends, my siblings. I love the beach, the healthy lifestyle and the energy that Los Angeles has to offer. I’m definitely a SoCal girl at heart!”

Another bonus of the new homebase is her fashion career aspirations. Actually, Lo just made her modeling debut in a shoot for San Diego store Van De Vort’s summer collection.

“It’s something new to me, and I really enjoy doing it,” she gushes. “I feel so lucky to have these opportunities coming my way.”

The shoot, which took place at La Quinta Resort & Club in the Coachella Valley, also featured her Bachelor Nation bestie Amanda Stanton!

Apparently, this is just the beginning for the blonde beauty’s fashion career.

“I would love to get even better [at modeling] with some real training to continue doing fun lookbook shoots like this one,” she details.

“It’s hard to call it work when you’re getting to dress up in cute clothes, get your hair and makeup done and get to go to fun locations with a group of inspiring women who are involved in the shoot.”

It’s not just being in front of the camera that interests her, either. She’s also hoping to try her hand at design!

The former flight attendant reveals, “I would love to start my own clothing line.”

In the meantime, the newly single gal is just enjoying working alongside her pal Amanda.

“Amanda and I both looked on YouTube for research on ‘How to Pose in a Swimsuit,'” she jokes.

Guess it worked because they both look great! She attributes that to their coach, who “encouraged us to be confident in our own skin,” and some pre-shoot diet and exercise.

“I eat healthy and work out with a trainer and that gives me confidence in myself and in my own skin,” she admits.
