Ben Scott’s Ex Addresses Cheating Allegations: “None of It’s True” Exclusive

When Ben Scott first walked into Desiree Hartsock’s life on The Bachelorette, we immediately fell in love with him and his 4-year-old son, Brody. But while he seemed like he was super into Des all season, the guys had a different impression of him — valid or not. In fact, Michael Garofola seemed pretty hell-bent on making sure people thought negative things about the single dad. And on “Men Tell All” on July 22, Dan Cox (WHO?!) spoke out about something Ben’s ex, Stevie, supposedly said to him in a Las Vegas nightclub.

“She said you had a girlfriend at the time and you cheated together and then Brody was born,” Las Vegas-based beverage distributor Dan claimed during a segment featuring Ben in the hot seat. Shocked, we spoke to Stevie about what we didn’t see on “Men Tell All,” and whether the story is true.

“None of it’s true,” Stevie said sweepingly. “Here’s what happened: me and my friend Taylor were in Vegas and we met up at XS [at Encore] for my sister’s bachelorette party. Taylor and Dan have a mutual friend, and so we went to say hi. We spoke for barely two minutes, not even.”

Dan claimed that Stevie “tracked him down” in Vegas, and that “the way you had Brody, you cheated on your girlfriend with your son’s mom.” Wow. Fighting words. So, what of that is true?

“None of that. None of it was spoken about. We never discussed that. We literally talked for two minutes and then me and Taylor basically ditched him. Basically, he’s just trying to make up some bullsh*t. It’s all lies. I’m so mad,” Stevie elaborates. “None of it is true, and why would I talk to some random stranger about any of that?!”

As for Dan’s other accusation, that Ben is a bad dad, Stevie laughed it off. “He’s not a bad dad at all. I don’t even understand what he was talking about. I didn’t say any of that. Ben as a father and Ben and my relationship was never discussed [when I met Dan]. Ben’s in Brody’s life a lot. He sees him every week, more than other fathers see their kids. He’s been financially involved 100%, more than most fathers, no matter how much they make. He helps with everything Brody needs.”

Any questions?
