The X Factor

Best Performances From X Factor’s “Thanksgiving” on November 21, 2012

You guys, Diamond, Fifth Harmony, and Carly are totally the Kylie Jenner of X Factor. They started the competition with tangled hair extensions and fear in their eyes, and they've risen out of the ashes like beautiful shining stars. And yes, that metaphor was really deep, feel free to plagiarize it in the thesis we assume you are writing about Khloe Kardashian's alter-ego, Khlo-Money.

1. Diamond White
Was anyone else curled up in a small ball crying during Diamond White's stunning performance of "Because You Loved Me" by Celine Dion? She's done it again, guys. Not only did L.A. call Diamond "the truth" (whatever that means, sigh, this dude), Demi was weeping, and Simon's chest hair popped an erection. But we'll go ahead and ignore the fact that Mario called Diamond the "cutest, chubbiest little baby," because it was super weird.

2. Fifth Harmony
OMG, Fifth Harmony are so good at harmonies. Their rendition of "I'll Stand By You" by The Pretenders was melodious, magnificent, and full of fierce finger wags — though we're not sure about the gospel singers that popped up to say "hey ya'll" halfway though the performance. How is it possible that a group of five god-fearing tweens need backup? It's like infinity-times-infinity harmonies.

3. Carly Rose Sonenclar
We're so happy Carly Rose Sonenclar has entered our lives, especially since iCarly is about to end. She's carrying the Carly torch, guys. In other news, Carly's performance of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" by Judy Garland was jaw-dropping. Like, our jaw is currently hanging open in a bag of Doritos. If this gal doesn't win X Factor, we'll stop believing in unicorns.

BONUS: Khloe Kardashian
KHLOE FOR PRESIDENT.
