UPDATE (7/31/17 at 10:23 a.m. ET): 

Beyoncé is focused on losing her baby weight, but she’s all about being healthy!

“Breastfeeding is really helping to shed the pounds, and running around after daughter Blue helps too!” a source told Hollywood Life.

“They’ve always eaten healthy, although now she’s eating a little more meat and less vegan.”

As for exercise, Bey likes to keep things interesting with different workout classes, like Soulcycle and yoga.

“She does it [yoga] every single day. Sometimes even Blue tries to join in, it’s so cute! Beyonce loves the effect yoga has on her body, but she really loves the effect it has on her mind,” the source continued.  

She even showed off her amazing body while supporting sister Solange at the FYF Fest over the weekend.

It seems as though Beyoncé is ready to get back in formation.

The Queen B only gave birth to twins Rumi and Sir six weeks ago, but that isn't stopping her from getting back in shape.

The mother of three and her hubby JAY-Z were seen getting their SoulCycle on.

The musical duo was seen sneaking into a SoulCycle class, according to an E! News insider.

They have taken several classes at the Santa Monica, California location over the past week with instructor Angela.

"She was totally into the music and bopping her head and grooving along," the source said.

"She was able to last through the class and [use] the weights without a problem."

The iconic couple was under the radar as they worked out.

They came to get their fitness on after the lights were all out and left a bit early to avoid being seen.

Another insider who saw the Lemonade singer working out said she looks "great."

"She's definitely inspired and motivated and Jay-Z seems very supportive."

Blue Ivy's mom "loves" cycling and she's "easing into" her typically intense workout and diet regimen while "still recovering" from giving birth, according to a source.

"She's eating healthy by drinking many green juices and trying to watch what she puts in her body."

“She is slowly starting to get back to her ‘normal’ life. Her babies are now six weeks old, and she started working out again," according to a People source.

"[Beyoncé and JAY-Z] are motivating each other to stay in shape.”
