We’d like to interrupt your scheduled programming of tracking Beyoncé’s alleged doomed marriage to Jay Z, to celebrate the fact that Queen Bey’s still got it.

MTV recently announced that not only is she scheduled to perform during the 2014 Video Music Awards (never forget her 2011 baby bump reveal!), but she’s being honored with the Michael Video Vanguard Award (see: Bey’s self-titled visual album).

“Over the course of MTV history, the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award has been presented to exemplary musicians who have made an incredible and long-lasting impact on pop culture. When it came time to choose the 2014 VMA recipient, one particular name stood out above the rest — global entertainer, singer-songwriter and philanthropist, Beyoncé.”

In the words of Bey, ”bow down.” Aside from her personal life, which at the moment seems to be in disarray, the “Drunk in Love” singer’s list of accolades is something that can’t be ignored.

Not only has she won a total of 11 Moonmen, but she was the first female to simultaneously top both singles and albums charts in the U.S. and U.K, according to MTV.

The statement adds, “Thanks to her never-ending supply of unique, original videos and ridiculously powerful pipes, Beyoncé has proved time and time again that she is the standard to which all other performers must measure up.” #Preach.

Bey joins Madonna, Justin TimberlakeBritney Spears, and the Beastie Boys, who have all received the prestigious award.

Congratulations Beyoncé, we just love seeing you run this world!
