It looks like Big Brother 16 is taking a page out of the RuPaul's Drag Race book for it’s two-night premiere this week. We’ve known for a while that Season 16 would kick off on both Wednesday and Thursday night, but now it seems as though the 16 contestants will be split into two groups of eight for the big move-in. Read on for more details!

Thanks to some sleuthing from Big Brother Network, a DVR synopsis for Thursday night’s episode reveals that the houseguests will be moving into the Big Brother house in two groups of eight: “The second group of eight participants is introduced, and as all houseguests settle into the home where they will be competing, Julie Chen reveals details about two new twists.”

The site goes on to say that there are descriptions for the Wednesday night episode that reveals the first group of eight will be fighting it out in the first Head of Household competition, making us think that the second group will also crown a winner. After all, there will be two HOHs each week this season and four nominees.

We don’t expect these groups to last all season long — they didn’t on Drag Race, either — but since the wall that usually features a headshot of each houseguest is split into two separate sections, there could definitely be a team twist this year.
