Season 16 of Big Brother kicked off this summer, and when we learned that Ariana Grande’s older brother was in the cast, we were definitely curious to see how he would play the game. While he originally entered the house with the intent to keep his big secret, he finally revealed his famous family connections last week. How does Ariana think her brother is doing so far this season? Read on to find out!

“In the beginning, his game was so shady!” Ariana revealed to ET Canada. “That’s why he came clean about his personality and who he actually is. I was fully behind it. I was in full support.”

Frankie’s big reveal was met with lots of haters who think he’s trying to use his sister to get ahead in the competition — but that’s not what Ariana thinks is going on.

“The first thing he told them was actually that he was a YouTube personality and that he was a social media personality, which he is,” Ariana explained. “And then he mentioned that his sister is me, and that’s fine because that’s the truth. I don’t think he used it in a way that was offensive to me or my family. I think he came clean and told the truth about who he is and saved his game. I think that’s great.”

Now that Frankie has washed his hands of that big secret, Ariana thinks he’s playing the game less “distracted” than before. We agree — this week has been a good one for Frankie. He's in complete control, having won Head of Household and the Power of Veto.

“I feel like it was putting him in a weird place mentally and in a weird space, and sort of messed up his game a little bit in the beginning,” Ariana said. “I think he’s doing OK now.”

If you think Frankie is a huge Big Brother fan, though, he's got nothing on his little sister! She keeps the live feeds on 24/7 and knows the ins and outs of what’s going on — even more than the casual viewer.

We kind of want Ariana and Frankie on a family edition of Big Brother. Make it happen, CBS!
