Although he’s been teased endlessly about losing the “Sexiest Man Alive” nomination to his main bro-squeeze Adam Levine, Blake Shelton’s life is still pretty grand. The latest good news from The Voice coach’s camp is that his hit song “Mine Would Be You” is featured on the 2014 Grammy Nominees compilation album put out by Atlantic Records and The Recording Academy.

The 20th anniversary installment includes a list of some of the most prominent names in the music industry. Blake is featured along with such artists at Lorde, Robin Thicke, Bruno Mars, Katy Perry, Daft Punk, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, and more.

The album is more than just music to fans’ ears, however. A portion of the proceeds from the sales benefit the year-round efforts of the Grammy Foundation and MusiCares — two charitable organizations founded by The Recording Academy.

“For more than 20 years we have been creating some incredible editions of the Grammy Nominees album, which again represents some of the great songs and talented artists that make up this year’s remarkable nominees,” Neil Portnow, President/CEO of The Recording Academy, said in a news release. “We thank Atlantic Records for its collaboration on this project, which provides much needed support for the invaluable programs and initiatives our charities produce year-round. We look forward to another successful Grammy compilation.”

Atlantic Chairman and COO Julie Greenwald also commented on the album, praising the incredible artists that are featured on it.

“It’s an exciting reflection of the tremendous range of talent that captured the ears of the public and the industry alike over the past year. And we’re especially proud to be associated with an album that helps support the essential missions of The Academy’s charitable endeavors,” she said.
