San Diego Comic-Con 2012 was basically a Bones fans dream come true. David Boreanaz (Agent Seeley Booth), Emily Deschanel (Temperance Brennan) ,and showrunner Stephen Nathan headed up a standing-room-only panel which allowed fans to ask any and all manner of Bones-related questions — and ask they did!

In a series of three clips, the Bones Q & A reveals oodles of insights about what’s to come in Season 8, including how much more we can expect to see evil genius Pelant (answer: a lot — in fact, Stephen says Pelant stays “one step ahead” of the Jeffersonian team) and whether or not Bones will continue to shoot episodes on location.

If you’ve ever wondered about the child they cast to play baby Christine, you’re not alone. Emily explains that they use a set of twins, who can only film for an hour at a time! Also curious if Bones writers have anything special planned for their upcoming 150th episode? Watch the panel try to do the math, as they explain what’s in store!

Before he was Booth, David was, of course, Angel — and Bones fans haven’t forgotten for a minute. Find out what David thinks of how Joss Whedon ended the Buffy legacy, and whether or not he’d ever participate in a Buffy movie. Bonus: Stephen talks about those four mysterious Bones bonus episodes, including details about one episode told from the point-of-view of the victim. Creepy — but we expect nothing less from Bones.
