Make way for a Fox crossover on Bones when the series returns in April! And no, this isn’t a Finder thing — but you may have trouble recognizing the latest Bones guest’s face. On the contrary, it’s his voice that’ll have you asking “where have I heard him before?”

That’s right: coming soon (or at least kind of soon) to Bones is Ralph Garman, the actor and comedian known for his voice work on The Family Guy. And it’s not exactly a demanding role for the Family Guy favorite — indeed, Garman is reported to be playing none other than a comedian. Prep time for the role should be about zero minutes, so Fox is making good on its investment in this case.

As for when exactly Garman will show, there’s no word out yet... but we can’t help thinking that it might be the episode where Booth (David Boreanaz) tries his hand at stand-up comedy. Just a hunch.
