Bones Season 7 Ratings Continue to Fall – Is The Show Too Schmoopy?

We don’t want to press a panic button here, but according to TVLine Bones’ ratings dropped again this week. That means the numbers have been steadily falling over the past few weeks – underscoring a continuous decline since the series came back from hiatus in April.

We’ve got our theories about what’s causing the viewership to sag – the new time slot, Baby Christine distractions, too much B&B schmoopiness – but we really want to hear your thoughts.

Of course, Bones is renewed for Season 8 and the last two episodes of Season 7 (“The Suit on the Set” and “The Past in the Present”) look nothing short of outstanding, but that doesn’t mean we’re not more than a little concerned at the downward trend.
