Get ready for a Bones time jump! When we last left the gang in this May’s Season 7 finale, Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and baby had just ditched Booth (David Boreanaz) and D.C. in favor of life on the run. By the time Season 8 premieres on September 17, the two ladies will have been on their own for a while.

TV Line reveals that a couple of months will have already passed by the time we see everyone again. And that means ch-ch-changes are in store for Baby Christine. Infants don’t stay infants for long, and B&B’s bundle of joy is no exception.

On August 9, David Boreanaz tweeted a photo of the tiny actress who will be playing Christine in Season 8. “Sleeping on the job,” he wrote.

Sounds to us like someone might be a bit jealous there’s not a designated nap time for everybody in the cast.
