Bones Season 8 Premiere Episode Title Revealed!

We’re still more than two months away from seeing what becomes of Brennan (Emily Deschanel), Booth (David Boreanaz) and their infant lovechild Christine when Bones Season 8 returns on September 17th. Honestly, we’ve only just begun sleeping through the night after the drama of the Season 7 finale, “The Past in the Present.” Then recently a Bones’ showrunner shared the premiere’s title with TVLine’s Michael Ausiello, which was enough to get us all worked up all over again. Two steps forward, one step back.

Of the premiere, Michael dishes:

The season premiere is tentatively titled… ‘The Future in the Past.’ What does it mean?! ‘It’s a deep, dark secret,’ responds exec producer Stephen Nathan as I twirl my mustache and plot a workaround involving Hart Hanson and Comic-Con. Mwahahahahahahaha.

That’s right — Bones will be at Comic-Con on July 13 (and so will we!). We’re hoping to get as much juicy spoiler-ness as we can about Season 8 and beyond. Stay tuned!
