We made it through the wilderness, somehow we made it through. That desolate winter hiatus of Bones is finally over. We didn’t know how lost we were until... a body that looked like hamburger meat exploded all over Booth’s and Brennan’s faces.

There we were — perched on the edges of our seats — with the sizzling slice of pepperoni pizza hovering near our lips. Suddenly, juicy purple globular masses were everywhere. Seriously, Hart Hanson? We were trying to eat dinner!

But the pustulous grossness didn’t stop there! Clark had to go and put the corpse’s hair in a salad spinner. Whatever appetite we did have was totally gone.

So even though we loved the episode, we’re kinda thinking they pushed the gross factor a weency bit too far. Either that, or next time we’re just going to eat dinner before we watch the show.

What do you think, Bones fans? Was last night’s episode too gross?
