We miss Zack Addy. But who doesn't? We caught up with Eric Millegan, the delightful actor behind the beloved Bones squintern, and he filled us in on all things Zack and all things Eric. Sure, this may not bring him back to Bones, but every little bit helps, right?

To start off, Eric gushed about working with Emily Deschanel (Brennan) and David Boreanaz (Booth). "It was great because they were both coming at [Bones] from different points of view," he said. "David had just come from doing 5 years of Angel, and this was Emily's first series. So I got to watch an old vet's professionalism on set, but I also got to see someone discover the process along with myself — it was also my first series. I learned a lot from both of them. Emily is great at not overacting or underacting. She's right in the center. That's where I'm always striving to be. David is a fantastic director, and I hope I get to work with him again someday."

As far as he knows, there are no plans for Zack Addy's return, but he loves that fans are always clamoring for him to make a comeback. Of the recent launch of a "Bring Back Zack" website, he said, "I'm flattered that there's still so much interest in and love for the character of Zack even though he's only be featured in three episodes over the past three seasons. That's just incredible."

Although he loves the character, he doesn't think he's at all like Zack — which is probably a good thing. "He's smarter than me. He's less in touch with the world than I am." (And Eric is — thankfully! — not a serial killer's brainwashed assistant.)

But just because there's no Bones in Eric's life doesn't mean he isn't busy. The actor recently completed his first voiceover gig for a Hotels.com commercial that's now airing on TV (see below). "It was fun," he said. "It's Claymation, so it's my very first animated character voice. I hear it's on TV all the time. That's very exciting to me."

Finally, to get to know Eric a little better, we did a rapid-fire lightning round:
