Brangelina Reach Divorce Agreement, Unify For Their Children
After splitting in September 2016, the pair have officially decided to keep the details of their divorce confidential by using a private judge.
"The parties and their counsel have signed agreements to preserve the privacy rights of their children and family by keeping all court documents confidential and engaging a private judge to make any necessary legal decisions and to facilitate the expeditious resolution of any remaining issues,” says a statement obtained by People.
Oh, and there’s more — the former couple is hoping to work together to reunify their family, something that seemed nearly impossible just a few months ago.
Brangelina — who are parents to Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne — want to ensure their separation does not have a damaging impact on their kiddos.
"The parents are committed to act as a united front to effectuate recovery and reunification,” continues the statement.
Angie’s sudden change of heart may have something to do with her estranged husband’s warm welcome at the 2017 Golden Globes on Sunday, January 8.
The Allied actor, who has stayed largely out of the public eye since the split, was greeted with huge cheers when presenting Best Motion Picture Drama nominee Moonlight.
We’re happy to see the former A-list couple set aside their differences and come together for the sake of their children.
