There’s no denying that Brandi Glanville is a drama magnet, but is that reason enough to try to make a girl lose her job?
It appears that, for some Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans, it is — and they’ve started a petition to get the feisty single mom thrown out like a pile of last year’s gowns, or an easily deportable houseguest.
RadarOnline.com reports that some of Brandi’s countless haters have started a petition on Change.org to have Brandi removed from the show for her “offensive” behavior.
The petition reads:
“Please remove Brandi Glanville from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” immediately. Brandi Glanville has made repetitive comments in the open media, social media, the actual television show and interviews which are distasteful and offensive to many groups of people. She jokes about racial stereotypes and child molestation among other very serious issues. Her behavior and words are hurtful, offensive and repulsive beyond the point of entertainment or ‘good TV.’”
While it’s probably nice to feel that their voices are being heard, and the writer may have some salient points, we’re doubtful that a petition like this — unless it was printed on money — could do much to change a network’s mind about one of their most bankable stars.
After all, where else are they going to find a woman who “writes” bestselling books and has ongoing feuds with multiple former child stars? You could hardly make this stuff up if you tried.
Do you think the petition will have any bearing on Brandi’s future on RHOBH?
