Brandi Glanville won’t be the only member of her family in the reality TV business for long when ex-husband Eddie Cibrian and his wife, LeAnn Rimes, debut their own reality show
While it seems that TV stardom may soon be a family affair, there are two very important members of Brandi’s inner circle who won’t be seeing any air time: Mason and Jake, her sons with Eddie.
RadarOnline.com reports that Brandi took to her Podcast One show to disspel rumors that Mason and Jake might be be sharing the spotlight on their dad and stepmom’s upcoming show, telling guest Patti Stanger that there was no way she’d let the kids on camera.
While keeping Mason and Jake off Eddie and LeAnn’s show may seem like an act of retaliation on Brandi’s part, she says that her kids, who aren’t even filmed by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cameras, are already too busy to become reality stars.
“We have baseball, basketball, football, soccer. We’re over-scheduled,” jokes the star.
While Brandi may claim that she’s keeping her kids away from the harsh scrutiny of the media purely out of maternal instinct, she’s admitted that seeing reminders of her boys’ relationship with LeAnn is still a hard pill to swallow.
“When I’m home alone on a holiday and LeAnn is tweeting pictures with my children, it breaks my heart. One way I hear from LeAnn is she’ll text me—hurtful things like, “I can’t wait to make your kids lunches and go to soccer,’” Brandi revealed to Glamour. “I’ve never found LeAnn to be remorseful. I found her to be like, ‘Nah-nah-nah-nah-nah, I got your family.’”
Do you think that Brandi is making the right choice by keeping her kids off of Eddie and LeAnn’s show?
