Brandi Glanville Wishes Happy 4th to Only One Co-Star on Twitter — Who Is It? (UPDATE: Brandi Responds!)

UPDATE: It appears that Brandi Glanville is setting the record straight on our story about her Fourth of July messages to her co-stars. We had reported that Brandi had only tweeted a Happy 4th to Carlton Gebbia, but Brandi is now explaining that she wished the others a happy holiday, too.

"I texted all my friends happy 4th messages; for the text that wouldn't go thru, i tweeted," Brandi tweeted on July 6, apparently referring to our story.

Thanks for clearing that up for us, B! We're relieved to know that Brandi is feeling close to a number of her current co-stars and not just Carlton.

Original story (7/5/2014): The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars are currently filming Season 5 of the show, and we're already hearing rumors about them fighting. However, Brandi Glanville clearly feels quite close to one co-star, as she wished a Happy Fourth of July to one in particular. So who was the lucky lady?

That would be Carlton Gebbia, who appeared on the show in Season 4 but is not returning for Season 5. Brandi and Carlton were fast friends last season — and even shared that infamous lip-lock! — but they seemed to drift apart as the season wore on, with Carlton feeling closer to Lisa Vanderpump.

Now, Brandi is making it clear that she still feels tight with Carlton. "Happy 4th my love!" Brandi tweeted at her on Independence Day. How sweet!

And how did Brandi spend the special day? She went swimming and enjoyed a barbecue at a Adrienne Janic's home. Adrienne hosts the TLC series Overhaulin'.

This is definitely an exciting time for Brandi, who recently moved into her new home. We can't wait to see her new pad when the season starts airing!

Are you surprised that Brandi and Carlton have stayed in touch? And will you miss Carlton on the show?
