UPDATE: The anxiety continues to build for Brandi Glanville, as her father was not able to undergo his planned heart surgery today.

"Couldn't do dad today, his blood was too thin," she tweeted on October 8. "Have to get his blood pressure up now. This man will be the death of me! #luvhim."

We can understand that this must be tough on Brandi and her entire family. We continue to wish he dad all the best, and let's hope he's able to undergo the procedure soon.

Original story: Brandi Glanville is definitely no stranger to pulse-racing controversy on the Bravo hit Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Off season, she is facing major family stress—and this time it’s not about her kids spending time with ex Eddie Cibrian and country star LeAnn Rimes.

“My dad just told me that he is having his heart stopped tomorrow and then shocked back on afterwards...I'm not ok with this. #pray,” Brandi Tweeted on Monday

Wowza! We do not like the sound of a heart stopping! Hopefully, this is just a routine procedure with not a whole lot of risk. However, we know that her dad was hospitalized after fracturing his hip and pinky in early September, so this heart surgery may be a complication from that accident.

Given that, we can’t believe Daddy waited until the day before to let his daughter in on the plan. All we do know is that Brandi seems really upset and is clearly going to be so worried tomorrow while he is taking care of this medical procedure.

But this isn’t the first we’ve heard of Brandi’s dad’s heart problems. Back in March, the reality star revealed that her father had experienced some problems. “Just found out dad’s been in and out of the hospital for heart probs so let’s all pray please,” she tweeted on March 26. Sounds like Brandi is not the first to know when it comes to her father’s health problems.

Hopefully she can lean on her Real Housewives gal pals for support during this tough time. It’s pretty clear that she’s gotten pretty close to both Kyle Richards and Kim Richards, so hopefully they’ll be there for her. Either way, we’re thinking about you and your dad, Brandi!
