The country superstar — who is married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville's ex-husband Eddie Cibrian — has released a new single called "Gasoline and Matches," featuring fellow '90s icon Rob Thomas. And their music video for the song is pretty darn incendiary.
The video for the tune — which is the latest single off of LeAnn's most recent album, Spitfire — features a lot of awesome animation, not to mention Rob and LeAnn singing from Polaroid photos.
LeAnn's album is a mixture of originals and covers, and this particular tune is of the cover variety. It is by Buddy and Julie Miller, and it appeared on the married couple's 2009 album.
We're excited that LeAnn has released a new song and video from her album. The album didn't exactly light up the charts when it was released in June 2013 — it peaked at number 36 on the Billboard chart — but hopefully this new tune can draw additional attention to the album.
Rob himself is no stranger to popular duets. The Matchbox 20 lead singer had a smash hit in the latest '90s by pairing up with Carlos Santana for the song "Smooth."
