Jesse Pinkman may be the most universally beloved character in the Breaking Bad universe. He's also one of the most consistently put upon. Beatings, death of loved ones, becoming a murderer — these are a few of the many gifts his association with "Mr. White" has given him. Will the final twist of the screw be his death?

Fans have worried for ages that Jesse would go down in the Breaking Bad finale. But what actually happened to him? We have the answer right here.

Warning: This article contains major spoilers for the Breaking Bad series finale.

No! Thank all that is good in the TV world, Jesse lived!

Walter took down the neo-nazi syndicate of evil, and in the end, only he and Jesse were left standing. Sure, it required Jesse killing Todd with his bare hands, but that was totally worth it. Walter slid Jesse a gun and offered him the chance to kill him, but Jesse refused. Instead, he left the building, got in a car, and sped away, screaming and crying, because he's free.

We couldn't be happier.
