Emily and Hanna go on a gated adventure. We see Emily (Shay Mitchell) and Hanna (Ashley Benson) get out of their car in front of a huge black wrought-iron gate. It’s the kind of gate you see outside of a gorgeous estate, or perhaps a gorgeous mental institution upstate.
Spencer hangs with the boys’ … uniforms?Spencer (Troian Bellisario) makes a surreptitious visit to a boys’ locker room. The blue helmets in the back suggest she’s staking someone out on either the football or the lacrosse team. Since football is a fall sport and lacrosse is a spring sport, we’re going to guess that she has her detective eye on a football player. But who, and why?
Emily and Hanna search for something in a brown room. Seriously, that room is brown. Brown walls, brown doors, brown window frames, and strange wooden planks piled together. Plus, bamboo sticks that might double as fishing rods?
“A” traps Emily and Hanna. The scared pair hears a door slam, gets scared, and then someone (“A”) shuts another door, leaving them with no exit. It looks like, at some point, Emily finds another room with lots of suitcases, where she’s able to break a window and escape.
“A” leaves them a message. In “A”’s signature red paint, he or she has written “I’m saving you for later. -A” on the brown wall. Hanna has no choice but to scream out, “What do you want!”
Aria looks horrified. We see Aria (Lucy Hale) rush into a classroom holding a notebook that might have the Rolling Stones’ famous red lip logo on it, along with the number 7. But as soon as she looks up, her face is frozen in a state of horror. What or who does she see?
Hanna, Emily, and Aria are weird. The threesome stands on a building’s underpass, as Hanna tells someone on her cell, “Roger that.” Aria mocks Hanna for using the expression, but something about where they’re standing (spying on someone?) looks awfully familiar...
