These days we’re really getting to know Cameron Diaz. Maybe it’s middle age setting in (she’ll be 42 this August) or just Cameron being Cameron, but in the past couple of months the actress had discussed everything from aging to her views on pubic hair (yep, that happened).
Now we’re privy to even more personal details. Cameron stopped by The Dr. Oz Show for the January 15 episode to promote her latest work, The Body Book, and she delved right into early morning, um, eliminations.
Water bottle in hand, Dr. Oz starts things off by telling Cameron that sipping on some H20 is the “best way for me to go poop in the morning.”
“Yes, it is!” Cameron enthusiastically replies (we’re not going to ask how she knows about Dr. Oz’s bowel movements). “Thank goodness I already did that this morning,” she adds with a laugh.
Why is going number two No. 1 in Cameron’s book? “I found that it just completely wakes up my digestive tract, being a nice long muscle that it is,” she says, Dr. Oz giggling at her excited hand gestures to explain hydrating her insides and “pushing everything right on out.”
Dr. Oz praises Cameron for her honesty in The Body Book, particularly when it comes to fecal matter. To celebrate, the two review seven pieces of pseudo-poo and asked audience members to commemorate their most recent poops by modeling them out of clay. New favorite party activity!
