It's time to celebrate for former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer and her boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos.

Last year, Camille had sued Dimitri's ex-girlfriend and baby mama, Lisa Chynoweth, and now the judge has ruled in Camille's favor on September 25, according to TMZ.

Camille had claimed that Lisa illegally recorded a phone conversation in which Camille allegedly threatened Lisa and her family. The phone conversation was sparked by Lisa and Dimitri's battle for the custody of their child.

"I will desecrate you," Camille tells Lisa in the recording. "I have lawyers that are beyond what you can imagine, and they will pull stuff on you, and you will be so mortified about your life and your family and what you have done." These lawyers sound scary.

The recording of the phone conversation was played in court and later surfaced on YouTube. Camille blamed Lisa for leaking the recording online.

As it turns out, Camille has now won the lawsuit  and she didn't really need to put up a fight, since Lisa inexplicably never filed an answer to the suit. So the judge was forced to issue a default judgment. In the judge's ruling, Lisa has been ordered to not release the recording or to ever record Camille without her permission.

And here we thought Camille and her ex, Kelsey Grammer, had a messy split.
