More than two years after putting it on the market, Camille and Kelsey Grammer have finally sold their vacation home in Beaver Creek, Colorado, according to Trulia.
As for the price, the now-divorced couple reportedly sold the home for $6.6 million. This is down quite a bit from the $7.9 million that they were originally asking for it back in September 2011, although it is still more than the $5.35 million they bought it for in 2002 when they were still married.
The home is quite a beauty, as we saw when Camille took her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars there for a getaway during a Season 2 episode of the show. The home offers two master suites, along with stone fireplaces, an in-ground hot tub, a wine cellar and tasting room, and a large deck with a beautiful view of the mountains.
Now, Camille — who recently underwent a hysterectomy — can focus on trying to sell the Malibu home that she and Kelsey once shared. Camille recently lowered the price of that home from $17.9 million to $14.9 million as she continues to search for a buyer.
So does anyone out there have $15 million burning a hole in their pocket and need a new home? Don't all speak up at once!
