Apparently, giving someone a restraining order isn't as easy as it might seem. Indeed, former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer has filed for a restraining order against ex-boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos, but he keeps avoiding getting served with it.
Camille alleges that Dimitri abused her physically during an altercation in a Houston hotel room in October 2013, and the incident is reportedly still being investigated. Camille filed for a temporary restraining order against him later that month, with a judge ordering that Dimitri stay at least 100 yards away from Cam-Gram and her two kids.
However, Dimitri somehow still has not been served with the restraining order, despite the fact that Camille's lawyers have tried a whopping 29 times to hand the documents to him. This guy is hard to locate, as Camille's lawyers have reportedly tried to find him at his home, his parents' home, his kid's home, and have sent two letters to his attorney, to no avail.
But new court documents were reportedly filed this week stating that Dimitri needs to abide by the restraining order, whether he's been served with the papers or not. Apparently, stealthiness can only get you so far.
Do you think it's strange that Dimitri has been so hard for the lawyers to track down?
