Carmelo and La La Anthony reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement before getting hitched in 2010, and it looks like the NBA baller may walk away better off than his scorned wife in their split.

The terms of the agreement supposedly benefit Carmelo more than his soon-to-be ex, according to TMZ sources.

The NY Knicks power forward is in the middle of a $124 million contract with the team and has earned over $200M over the span of his career.

He also has more in the bank than La La in general, as a top brand ambassador to the Jordan brand and Foot Locker.

The 37-year-old mom worked at MTV when the two first met, and has continued to work as a model, actress, producer, author and reality star throughout their marriage.

Still, it’s very common for prenups to be challenged by the party receiving less, so the POWER actress could possibly still walk away with a pretty penny.

Many Hollywood prenups also include a cheating clause, where the unfaithful partner is forced to ante up more than initially agreed.  While it hasn’t been confirmed that Melo and La La made such an agreement, she could certainly argue his behavior entitles her to more.

Do you believe Carmelo will walk away with most of their fortune? Sound off below.
