Game of Thrones Season 4 is just a few days away, but if you can’t wait that long to find out what’s going to happen to some of your favorite characters, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Speaking to Zap2it at the Season 4 premiere, some of the show’s stars dropped hints about what’s coming up for their characters. Here are some of the highlights.
Issac Hempstead-Wright (Bran): “Bran is exploring the mystical side of his storyline ... there are some new characters introduced, and Jojen is teaching him more and more about what he is.” Bran’s already the most magical character on the show, so introducing some new elements of magic into his storyline should be pretty crazy!
Liam Cunningham (Davos):“[Stannis’ supporters have] no army, we’ve no navy, the wildfire took care of all that [at the Battle of Blackwater]. So some lateral thinking has to happen and we have to find and raise an army, and how we are gonna do that will be revealed.” It will be interesting to see how Stannis raises an army, he’s not exactly the most charismatic guy in Westeros.
Dean Charles Chapman (Tommen Baratheon): “What you’ve seen of Tommen in the past seasons you’re gonna see a little bit more now, so you’re getting to know Tommen.” Last we checked, Tommen was way cooler than Joffrey (since he's not, you know, a psychopath), so we have no issues with him getting a little more screen time — especially if it comes at the expense of his brother!
Rose Leslie (Ygritte): “She now has the one goal of making sure that she has her revenge when it comes to Jon Snow... I’m gonna find him and I’m gonna hurt him like he hurt me.” Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, especially a woman like Ygritte who was pretty full of fury back when she was pre-scorned.
Gwendoline Christie (Brienne): “Brienne also experiences her greatest hardship yet.” That’s saying something considering she watched the man she loved (Renly) get killed by a shadow monster.
