Castle and Beckett Season 5 Spoiler: Will They Keep Their Love a Secret?

Right about now, we'd imagine that Kate Beckett and Rick Castle are lounging poolside in the Hamptons, sipping frozen piña coladas between passionate love-making sessions. But alas, fall is right around the corner, which means their summer of love must soon come to an end.

Although Kate is currently on leave from the precinct, we have no doubt she'll resume her detective duties at the start of Season 5. And where Beckett goes, Castle follows. Naturally.

If you're thinking it's back to work as usual for our star-crossed lovers, think again. According to Entertainment Weekly, the most challenging part about their return is navigating the gossip-heavy halls of the 12th. People are talking, and C&B are certainly giving them something to talk about!

"I think this year is going to be a lot about that," actress Stana Katic teases, "the humor of two people hooking up and trying to keep it from everybody and also trying to figure it out.”

But not only that, Rick and Kate must learn how to work together in a new way — as colleagues and companions.

“I think the journey [this season] is about this connection and what does it mean now and how do they work together,” she continues.
