You’d think after Mark Fallon stepping in (and, you know, taking over) during the epic Castle two-parter, Castle and Beckett would be at their wit's end with peeps comin’ in and trying to do things their way. But, unfortch, they haven’t seen the last of unwanted guests this season.

TV vet Bruce Davison (X-Men) is shooting his cameo on Castle this, and he told TV Line his character will be “trouble for everybody. I piss everyone off!” Davison will be playing a district attorney — apparently one with a bad attitude. Geez. How many more narcissistic jerks can one police station handle?

But unlike those who are being unwillingly subjected to his character, Davison is actually very much enjoying his time on the Castle set. He told TV Line he would “love” if his spot as the annoying D.A. became a regular thing... if only so he could spend more time working opposite his pal Stana Katic (Beckett). Davison and Katic go back a few years — they were co-stars in the flick, The Librarian: The Curse of the Judas Chalic, in 2008. (Check out this chummy pic Stana tweeted of them together on the Castle set!)

We think that is a perfectly legit reason to wanna stick around.
