Scene: In hot pursuit of councilwoman Roosevelt, Castle and Beckett head over to a popular local watering hole to quench their thirst — and interrogate their suspect. Unfortunately, the police chief catches them red-handed and drags them down to the station … in cuffs! This is what we call not getting off "scotch"-free.
