Though we were mostly concerned with the fate of Ryan and Esposito’s friendship at the end of Castle Season 4, it’s also been a while since E’s had a special someone.

We’d hoped that he’d rekindle the flame with co-worker Lanie Parish, but according to a new spoiler, things aren’t looking good for the former couple.
