In this latest TV Guide Cubicle Confessions vid, Nathan Fillion (Castle) does what he does best:  tells us stories so strange we doubt their truthfulness (but we laugh anyway).

First, Nathan gets vulnerable when he admits his worst job ever was being a waiter because he was so bad he got fired. Twice. From the same restaurant. He also says that while food service obvi wasn’t his calling, acting wasn’t either his first choice profession, either. “I was going to be a high school teacher,” he says. “Art and drama. The easy ones,” he whispers to the camera.

He also tells us how to do ‘the Castle twinkle’ (don’t blink), cry on camera (pull a nose hair), and keep a straight face when you have to make a long pause during a scene.

And then in true Fillion fashion, he fills us in on his (many) talents: “I’m an excellent driver,” he says. “I drive like Rainman.” Oh, and he can sew.

So, we wonder is there anything he’s not good at? “I make it a practice never to sing on command,” he says. “Goes for dancing as well.”

But there is one detail Nathan divulges that didn’t surprise us one bit. “I’m really good at playing Halo,” he says. But we were slightly shocked when he admits he made Snuggie blankets — complete with a pocket for “controller breaks” — for his Halo friends.

Go figure.
