Exclusive: Will Ashley Return to Castle? Ken Baumann Dishes!

With all the trouble going down between Alexis (Molly Quinn) and Rick Castle (Nathan Fillion) as Castle Season 4 gets underway — starting tonight at 10:00 Eastern on ABC! — will there even be room for more boyfriend drama with Ashley (Ken Baumann)?

After Molly recently dished to us about “the whole Ashley issue,” we reached out to Ken to get his take on how it might develop.

“Oh boy. I apologize up front, because I'm mostly dark on this topic,” he e-mailed us exclusively.

“Beyond last season's finale, I know bunk! I'm hoping Ashely returns, but a stressed-out daughter/father relationship makes good drama, so I'm excited to watch.”

Well, we’re pretty sure we’ll be seeing more of Ashley. In the meantime, Ken took the opportunity to praise his most excellent pretend girlfriend:

“What I do know: working with Molly is great. She is a dynamo.”
