Happy Birthday to Castle's Captain, Penny Johnson Jerald!

Bet you'd never guess that Castle's no-nonsense captain turns 51 years old today. Penny Johnson Jerald, whatever youth potion you're drinking, we want some of that!

The actress took to Twitter this morning to share her birthday joy with all of her fans.

"Blessed with work, cake, champagne, more cake, roses, a single rose, a phone, late breakfast, romantic walk in the park, more bubbly & hugs!"

But what's first on Penny's birthday wish list? A shiny new Apple (and we're not talking about the kind Snow White ate in "Once Upon a Crime").

"Hoping for an IPAD," she wrote, "but loving the beautiful cards from family and goosebumpy wishes from friends and fans. This is the real life:)"
