Beckett and Castle make a toast in Season 4, Episode 7.
Season 1
Episode 6, “Always Buy Retail”: Castle’s chivalrous, life-saving ways began all the way back in Season 1 when he first saved the detective's life by jumping into the line of fire when murder suspect Muhktar Baylor walked into Diana Edwards’ apartment while Castle and Beckett are searching for Baylor’s passport in Edwards’ knock-off bag (hence the episode’s title).
Season 2
Episode 17, “Tick, Tick, Tick”: When Caskett teamed up with Federal Agent Shaw to search down an elusive serial killer obsessed with one of Castle’s characters (Nikki Heat), the novelist saved Beckett’s life twofold: Castle finds out the killer is still alive and calls to warn her, knowing that she’s his next victim. Thanks to his tip-off, Beckett manages to jump into her bathtub.
Episode 18, "Boom”: In this sequel to “Tick, Tick, Tick,” Beckett is once again in the line of fire, but Castle manages to shoot the gun out of the killer’s hands. Afterwards, Beckett comments, “Hell of a shot Castle," and the truth is revealed: “I was aiming for his head,” he says. Um, oh.
Season 3
Episode 1, “A Deadly Affair”: While confronting suspect Kitty Canary about her counterfeiting ring, Kitty’s husband appears unexpectedly with a gun. Without a second thought, Castle tackles Beckett to the ground and keeps her from being shot. We’re kind of starting to see a pattern here.
Episode 13, “Knockdown”: Near episode’s end, Castle knocks Lockwood out from behind when he has Beckett in the crosshairs of his rifle. Wah-bam!
Episode 17, “Countdown”: Beckett had another near-death experience in Season 3 when she and Castle were trapped in the freezer. Luckily, Castle’s big strong arms kept her warm — and alive.
Later, in a last-ditch attempt to save themselves from a bomb that’s seconds away from exploding, Castle decides to pull out all the wires with his free hand and diffuses it just in time.
Episode 24, “Knockout”: Beckett unknowingly puts herself in harm's way when she meets Captain Montgomery (RIP) in the airport hangar. Fortunately, Castle is there to drag her away before Lockwood's team can arrive and off them both. "Castle, get her out of here now!" the captain shouts. Castle pins Beckett against the car and covers her mouth to muffle the screams, thus saving her from the deadly shootout.
In the final scene, Castle tackles Beckett to the ground after hearing a sniper shot. While whether he actually saved her life is debatable, it’s very possible that Castle’s tackle kept Beckett from taking a second shot to the heart.
