When we learned that ABC's Castle would not be holding a panel at this year's Comic-Con, our spirits were crushed. We couldn't imagine the world's biggest geekfest without our reigning Geek God, Mr. Nathan Fillion — and luckily, we don't have to!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Nathan will be making an appearance at the San Diego convention for a Firefly panel, commemorating the short-lived show's 10-year anniversary.

Joining Nathan for an hour-long panel discussion are fellow Browncoats Alan Tudyk, Adam Baldwin, Sean Maher, Michael Fairman. In addition, fans will be treated to never-before-seen footage and some undisclosed "buzz-worthy surprises."

Director Joss Whedon, the mastermind behind Firefly and other notable sci-fi works including Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Avengers, and Cabin in the Woods, will be on hand, as well as Firefly writer Tim Minear.

To catch Nathan and the rest of the Serenity crew, head over to Ballroom 20 at 12:30 p.m. Friday, July 13. Browncoats required.
