Stana Katic Pic of the Day: Hiking With L.A. Councilman Tom LaBonge (PHOTO)

You know it's going to be a good day when you wake up to a brand-new Stana Katic tweet!

"Fantastic hike & bikeride w LA councilman Tom LaBonge.My friends & I had a blast taking the city in @ r own pace. #ATP," she posted last night, along with an adorable picture.

We're not sure how Stana manages to look so cute after a day of hiking, but we're certainly not complaining! Loving her boho-chic outdoorsy look, complete with a pale-colored summer scarf and newsboy cap.

ATP, of course, refers to Stana and Seamus Dever's car-free initiative — Alternative Travel Project. Castle's leading lady tries to go without benzene-propelled vehicles as often as possible, using alternative modes of transportation. This past March, she and Seamus gave up their cars for two weeks!

We don't know about you, but we're inspired to go for a hike this weekend.
