When Does Castle Season 5 Return From Winter Hiatus?

It’s going to be a long, cold Castle-less winter. Our favorite show doesn’t return for almost a month, with Season 5, Episode 10: “Significant Others” airing on Jan. 7, 2013.

Although many shows — including Castle — go on winter hiatuses every year, it’s never easy to cope with the Caskett void in our lives. But thankfully, the show has given us a few tidbits to tide us over.

First and foremost, when Castle and Beckett ring in the new year, Rick’s ex-wife, Meredith, will ring his doorbell! And that’s not all — both Mere and Kate will be shacking up with Castle, and judging from the promo, three’s definitely a crowd.

The spring premiere will also feature warring ex-lovers — played by Weeds’ Brendan Ford and General Hospital’s Nancy Lee Grahn — which is sure to add even more drama!
