Will Castle Writer Terri Miller Pen More Episodes in Season 5?
Some of our favorite episodes in Castle history were written by the lovely and talented Terri Miller, show creator Andrew Marlowe's partner (in crime-solving) and lifelong muse.
From "A Rose for Everafter" in Season 2, to "Cuffed" and "Always" in Season 4, Terri's scripts never fail to amuse, bemuse, and make us fall head over heels in love with our star-crossed leads, Rick Castle and Kate Beckett.
While we'd love nothing more than for Terri to put pen to paper again in Season 5, it looks like she'll be taking a much-deserved break from life at the 12th precinct.
"For those asking, at this point I don't plan to write Castle episodes this year," she revealed on Twitter yesterday. "I'm working on spanky new TV ideas w/ Andrew & a feature."
Terri seems excited about the new creative prospects in her life, and we couldn't be happier for her — even if the news is bittersweet for us die-hard Castle fans.
Although she won't be writing, we have no doubt Terri will remain an integral part of the show. She is, after all, the real-life Kate Beckett.
