UPDATE (12/12/17 at 10:00 a.m. ET):

Home for the holidays!

Teen Mom OG's Catelynn Lowell is finishing up her 30-day stint at an Arizona rehab center, and now, proud husband Tyler Baltierra has revealed when his wifey is scheduled to come home.

In the caption for a super sweet Instagram video of daughter Nova, who turns three next month, playing with some toy horses, Ty reveals his wife will be done with treatment at the end of the week.

"Cate gets out of treatment this Friday & we can’t wait! We have been in Arizona for the past 2 weeks visiting her every Sunday," he writes, adding he's been spending some quality time with their little girl while her mom's been away.

Can't wait to see the cute family reunion pics!

Original story (11/27/17 at 9:16 a.m. ET):

Tyler Baltierra wins the Most Supportive Husband award of 2017.

The Teen Mom OG star is standing in his wife Catelynn Lowell's corner as she continues with her treatment in rehab, and he's sharing with fans just how well she's doing — and, of course, gushing over his love of over a decade in the process.

As Wetpaint reported, the 25-year-old entered treatment on November 18 after having suicidal thoughts and thinking of "every way to kill myself."

And ever since then, Tyler and Cate, who's an advocate for mental health and still openly suffers with postpartum depression and anxiety, has been keeping fans abreast of her treatment.

First, the Tierra Reign co-founder tweeted about how sad he was for not being able to celebrate Thanksgiving with the love of his life:

But then came some better news — they still got to see each other over the long holiday weekend!

After revealing that Cate "sounds better and better" every time they talk on the phone and he couldn't wait to "squeeze her and hold her tight," the Baltierras reunited — likely with daughter Nova, almost 3, as well — at the undisclosed treatment center.

And nobody was happier to see her spouse than the patient herself.

The reality star gushed about her husband's visit and thanked him for "loving me like you do," while Ty said it was his "honor and privilege" to love her and have her as his wife.

Okay, are you crying yet?!

Clearly the Michigan couple is having no trouble weathering this storm.

Perhaps it's because this is their second time doing so — Cate enterered an Arizona in-patient treatment center in March 2016 to get help with her postpartum depression and anxiety.

But on the new season of Teen Mom OG, it's someone else's sobriety that's the issue.

In this clip from the Season 7 premiere (which airs tonight!), Ty talks to his dad, Butch, about how hard it's been for him to stay clean and sober after getting released from prison — and relapsing.

"Do you ever hate yourself?" Butch asks his son. "I'm there. I kind of hate myself."

"I don't want to be using anymore, I really don't. I'm tired. It's wearing me down."

Tyler's certainly got a lot on his plate — good thing he's got an amazing attitude about it all and is supportive AF.
