Celebrities are expressing their dismay at President Donald Trump after he failed to denounce the white supremacists behind the violence and terror attack that left one dead and dozens injured in Charlottesville, Virginia on Saturday.

White nationalist groups gathering for a “Unite the Right” rally clashed with counter-protesters, and a car that slammed into a crowd killed one 32-year-old woman and injured at least 26 people.

In a statement, Trump did not speak out against the white nationalist groups specifically but instead criticized “this egregious display of hatred, bigotry and violence on many sides.”

Stars took to social media to condemn the President and white nationalists, and to stand with the oppressed. Check out their statements above.
