Having a bad day? We have a hunch Young Thug might have you beat. The 21-year-old rapper was reportedly behind bars in Atlanta today, February 26 — having been arrested late last night for reckless driving.

Sources tell TMZ that Young Thug — whose real name is Jeffrey Williams — was handcuffed after cops spotted him "laying drags" — aka driving in a circular motion or in zigzags — and not wearing a seatbelt as he did so. They then ran his license and discovered an outstanding warrant for drug possession.

Jeffrey was born and raised in the Georgia capital, where he perfected his rap style before releasing three mixtapes between 2011 and 2012 — a magnum opus called I Came From Nothing.

Rapper Gucci Mane recognized Thug's talent and signed him to his label, 1017 Brick Squad Records, in 2013 — after which Thug released the critically-acclaimed mixtape 1017 Thug and then his debut single, "Stoner."'

He has also collaborated with Kanye West, Waka Flocka Flame and Chief Keef, among others.

Now, Thug is potentially jumping ship to Future's label, Freebandz, in a deal he says is worth $1.5 million.

Here's hoping he doesn't make law-breaking a habit and stays a "young thug" in persona only!
